Are you looking for a place to rent for dancing? Our place is perfectly suitable for you! Our academy which is located in Plaza Arkadia has over 1880 square feet of space, with three large and well equipped studios, and comfortable reception and lounge area which enable you to make yourself comfortable in our academy.

Studio 1
About Studio 1Studio 1
The studio is located on the first floor of MY Dancesport Academy which is the first studio from the entrance. It is approximately 738 square feet with a capacity of 13 pax and it is adjacent to the restroom, the lounge, and the front desk. This place is ideal for rehearsals & audition rentals.

The studio is located on the first floor of MY Dancesport Academy which is next to studio 1. It is approximately 709 square feet with a capacity of 13 pax and it is adjacent to the restroom, the changing room, and pantry. This place is ideal for rehearsals, auditions, and recording rentals.

Studio 1 + 2
About Studio 1 + 2Studio 1 + 2
The studio is combining both studio 1 and studio 2 by opening the moveable door. It is approximately 1447 square feet with a capacity of 26 pax. This place is ideal for rehearsals, auditions, and recording rentals.

Studio 3
About Studio 3Studio 3
The studio is located on the first floor of MY Dancesport Academy which is located on the inner side of the academy. It is approximately 258 square feet with a capacity of 7 pax and it is adjacent to the restroom, the lounge, the pantry, and the changing room. This studio is fully equipped with computers which is suitable for online classes. This place is ideal for rehearsals, auditions, and online class rentals.

Pricing for Studio Rentals
Studio rentals are strictly for practice purposes or private rehearsals only. All rentals are subject to studio availability from Mondays to Fridays only with terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the rentals:

- All bookings must be made at least three (3) days before the studio is needed and subject to availability and approval.
- Bookings shall made by contacting us via Whatsapp at +60162300858.
- Full payments is required upon the confirmation of booking.
- Kindly inform us within 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your booking else the payment will not be refunded.
- Rental time has to be punctual as we might be having back to back schedule.
- Renters must take care all the equipments prepared in the studio, any damaged to the equipments will be charged to the renters.
- No food or drink except for bottled water is permitted in the studios.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in the studio.
- Only dance shoes are allowed in the studio.
- Renters must vacate the studios promptly at the conclusion of rental period, removing all tape markings, personal belongings, etc., from the studio, or else a surcharge will be applied.
- Price is inclusive of transportation, installation and rentals for half-day (portable floor rental).
- All price listed above are exclusive of 6%sst.
Portable Dance Floor Rentals
Perfect for indoor activities or parties such as weddings or other events. Our portable dance floor is rented by the square foot in different packages. You may also customize your rental by contacting us.
