Five Minutes with Five Exercises to Improve Your Turnout in Latin Dance!

For those who started dancing in an elder age, this would probably find challenging but it is Definitely Possible!

In Latin dancing, we are not talking about the ballet type of turnout. All you need is just enough rotation of the inner thighs forword so that you can engage through the centerline of the body. For each of us, the amount of rotation might be vary. As long as your feet are not parallel and you are engaging the inside edge of your heels to face forward, give yourself a pat on the back and say , GOOD JOB!

These five exercises are awesome to warm up and build up your turnout. You can do it anywhere, anytime and most importantly, we don’t judge.
