This performance class is to prepare you for your body conditioning, enhance your endurance and to build your body stamina.
We will be conducting this performance class online via Zoom.
This class requires a high-commitment from the athletes which you should attend at least 3 session in a week.
Sunday : 6.30pm-8pm
Monday & Tuesday: 5.30pm-7pm
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8pm-9.30pm
