Performance Class

Suitable for all competitors & athletes.

This performance class is for body conditioning purposes, enhance your body endurance, stamina, agility and improve your flexibility

We will be conducting this performance class online via Zoom.

This class requires a high-commitment from the athletes which you should attend at least 3 session in a week.

Timetable
Sunday : 6.30pm-8pm
Monday & Tuesday: 5.30pm-7pm
Friday: 7.30pm-9pm
